I offer several trail and running coaching packages (and orienteering), tailored to your needs and level. Whether you want a personalized training program for a trail / ultratrail / orienteering or comprehensive support to professionalize yourself, each package is designed to provide you with the best possible support. Together, we will adjust your preparation according to your sports goals, whether they are ambitious or simply focused on well-being.

ATTENTION: THE POSSESSION OF A STRYD POWER SENSOR IS ADVISED TO GUARANTEE BETTER FOLLOW-UP, ESPECIALLY FOR POUSTED TRAINING ANALYSIS (contact me for a discount code).

Goal setting and season planning

Our collaboration is nurtured by regular exchanges (telephone + WhatsApp) to set up and organize the best possible season and future objectives.

Online training program

Your training program is updated on the dedicated platform. I update your training program every week with the content and details of the sessions.

Your job is to get the most out of your sessions and give me feedback on how you’re feeling/difficulties of the day. I take maximum account of your current form to adapt your training load in the creation of the personalized training program.

I analyze your sessions to help you improve the way you train.

Analysis of your running progress

I attach great importance to the objectivity of data when talking about progress through training.

3 examples of analyses carried out regularly with you:

Above is an example of progress using a specific protocol for plyometrics and heavy weight training.

Complementary physical preparation programs

I set up physical preparation programs according to your needs and the areas I have identified for you to work on.
For example, strength training and plyometrics for runners.

Track your fitness with HRV (heart rate variability)

Thanks to the analysis of your autonomic nervous system (heart rate variability, or HRV), I can identify your state of fitness on a day-to-day basis and identify trends in your progress. The big advantage is being able to understand how your body responds to the different training methods applied.

The protocol is nevertheless restrictive, which is why I only use this method with my athletes who are motivated by the approach.
