I offer several trail and running coaching packages (and orienteering), tailored to your needs and level. Whether you want a personalized training program for a trail / ultratrail / orienteering or comprehensive support to professionalize yourself, each package is designed to provide you with the best possible support. Together, we will adjust your preparation according to your sports goals, whether they are ambitious or simply focused on well-being.
LIGHT MONITORING
Beginner to semi-pro level- (as many training sessions as necessary to progress)
- Goal setting and season planning.
- Individualized monthly training program via Google Sheet or Nolio.
- 8 customized intensity zones (improved precision with lactate test and Stryd sensor).
- Program readjustment if necessary.
- Exchange and discussion via message = once a month.
GOLD MONITORING
Beginner to semi-pro level (LIMITED TO 20 ATHLETES*)- (as many training sessions as necessary to progress)
- Goal setting and season planning.
- Individualized monthly training program via Google Sheet or Nolio.
- 8 customized intensity zones (improved precision with lactate test and Stryd sensor).
- Commentary and analysis of sessions and competitions.
- Program readjustment if necessary.
- Exchange and discussion by message = 1 time per week.
- Bimonthly 30-45′ telephone review (training analysis, various discussions, plan for the future…).
- Physical preparation protocols (muscle strengthening, plyometrics, indoor strength training…) to complement running training.
- More in-depth training analysis = performance level, training load distribution, HIT session efficiency (time >90% VO2MAX, energy reservoir depletion), HRV heart rate variability monitoring, efficiency factor monitoring, annual LSS and running economy tracking, power profile…

Pro level (LIMITED TO 6 ATHLETES*)- (all the ambition needed to reach the top level)
- Goal setting and season planning.

- Commentary and analysis of sessions and competitions.
- More detailed training analysis = performance level, training load distribution, HIT session efficiency (time >90% VO2MAX, energy reserve depletion ), HRV heart rate variability monitoring, efficiency factor monitoring, annual LSS and running economy monitoring, power profile…
- Program readjustment if necessary.
- Fitness monitoring with HRV (heart rate variability).
- Physical preparation protocols (muscle strengthening, plyometrics, indoor strength training…) to complement running training.
- Exchange and discussion by message = 3 to 4 times a week.
- Monthly telephone/viso appointment from 1 to 2 hours.

Goal setting and season planning
Our collaboration is nurtured by regular exchanges (telephone + WhatsApp) to set up and organize the best possible season and future objectives.
Online training program
Your training program is updated on the dedicated platform. I update your training program every week with the content and details of the sessions.
Your job is to get the most out of your sessions and give me feedback on how you’re feeling/difficulties of the day. I take maximum account of your current form to adapt your training load in the creation of the personalized training program.
I analyze your sessions to help you improve the way you train.

Analysis of your running progress
I attach great importance to the objectivity of data when talking about progress through training.
3 examples of analyses carried out regularly with you:
- The in-home testing session will establish your “TrainingSharp performance radar”:
- The data from the stryd power sensor can be used to analyse your physical progress and your technical improvement in terms of stride:
- I rigorously track your muscular rigidity to optimize your running economy, which is a decisive performance parameter:
Above is an example of progress using a specific protocol for plyometrics and heavy weight training.
Complementary physical preparation programs
Track your fitness with HRV (heart rate variability)
Thanks to the analysis of your autonomic nervous system (heart rate variability, or HRV), I can identify your state of fitness on a day-to-day basis and identify trends in your progress. The big advantage is being able to understand how your body responds to the different training methods applied.
The protocol is nevertheless restrictive, which is why I only use this method with my athletes who are motivated by the approach.

- Test at the start of your choice
- Stryd power sensor and heart rate monitor for test accuracy

LACTATE TEST THRESHOLDS
- The ultimate test for determining your intensity zones by measuring lactic thresholds (SL1 and SL2).
- Incremental protocol carried out in the field (ideally on a flat road) with lactate measurement every 4′ until exhaustion to define the complete profile.
- The best possible test for tracking progress and setting your intensity zones.
