Some examples of success together
Guilhem needed optimized, high-level coaching as he entered his 1st year of PACES (1st year of medical school) with the aim of shining at theJunior World Championships. And so it was, with a splendid bronze medal in the relay, 12th place in the middle and 14th place in the long. Impressive!
Hardis entrusted me with the task of preparing a group of runners for the Ekiden. 2 sessions a week to get them in top shape on race day. It was a great success, with some fine medals to show for it. Thank you for your confidence!
Race analysis sessions help to identify areas for improvement. This test clearly shows a drop in muscular elasticity and therefore in running economy. We’re going to have to work on our plyometrics!
After 4 months of distance monitoring, his VMA went from 16 to 17.5 km/h, an increase of +8.6% ! His running power also increased by +20 Watts. Impressive in just 4 months!
I coach young field hockey players in Villard-de-Lans. With 2 sessions a week, progress never stops! After 2 months’ training, they were already at +19.6% in max strength (upper body) and +7.5% in max power (lower body). Solid!
